Welcome to Ladybooth Farm Cottages ! !

We have two Grade II listed, cosy country self-catering holiday cottages situated in the village of Edale, in the heart of the Peak District National Park.  With open log fires and original features, our cottages (one sleeping 4 people, the other 5 people) also offer fabulous panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. These quaint original farm workers cottages nestle in the valley and have the benefit of being within a 2 minute walk from the centre of the village with its pubs and local shop and Post Office.

From the cottages Mam Tor and Beck Tor can be easily reached - these form part of the beautiful Edale and Hope Valley.   Edale village lies in a beautiful setting below Kinder Scout, which is the start of the Pennine Way, England’s first and most famous long distance footpath.   It is also served by the railway which plays a great part in making Edale accessible to explore the surrounding countryside.   Edale is within a short drive of the spa town of Buxton and a little further is the picturesque town of Bakewell with its weekly traditional market.   Our cottages can make for a peaceful and relaxing break, or as a great base for your outdoor adventure holiday.

We also own the local horse riding and pony trekking centre, Ladybooth Equestrian Centre, where pony trekking and many riding activities can be arranged. Customers staying at our cottages, who wish to visit the trekking centre, will be given a discount on these facilities.
